mycraftcode ("we", "us") operates mycraftcode at https://mycraftcode.com. mycraftcode uses AI models to write, run and check code, and lets you download the results. The service is operated by Sujit Motiram Zugare (sole proprietor, trading as mycraftcode).
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Google account secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service or buy a paid plan.
The Free plan includes 5 runs per day. Paid plans are sold in Indian rupees (INR):
Paid plans are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. When a plan ends, your account returns to the Free plan. Buying the same plan again before it ends adds the new period to the existing end date. Switching to a different plan starts that plan from the date of purchase. The price is shown before you pay.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card or UPI details. A payment counts only when Razorpay confirms it.
You must not use the service to create or spread malware, attack or probe other systems, generate illegal content, infringe other people's rights, share or resell your account, bypass daily limits, or abuse the code-running sandbox. We may suspend or end accounts that break these rules.
Code and text produced by AI can be wrong, incomplete, insecure, or unsuitable for your purpose. Test and review everything before you rely on it. We do not guarantee any result. You are responsible for how you use the output.
You keep ownership of what you submit and of the output you download, subject to any third-party rights. You allow us to process your prompts, code and files only to provide the service, including sending them to our AI model provider.
We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or remove features with reasonable notice.
You can delete your account and data with the "Delete my account & data" option in the app. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms.
To the maximum extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in palghar have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
